Tính chất Thuốc nhỏ mắt EMAS làmột dung dịch đẳng. VỚI a &v6khuan. Ta dược thích hợp đảm bảo họat định. Làm trơn, chống kích ứng thêm và gần mắt. Các đặc tính dược lực học Glycerin có khả năng dưỡng ẩm nhờ hẩ Glycerin cóthuộc tính sẵn sàng hấp thụ độẩñ trơn vàlàm chậm bay hơi nước, do vậy đã ứng dụng trong nhiều thuốc nhỏ mắt. Các đặc tính dược động học Glycerin dédang hap thu qua đường tiêu hóa vàtrải qua chuyển hoá chủ yếu ởgan. Một phần nhỏ không chuyển hoá được thải trừ qua nước tiểu. Chỉ định "Làm giảm tạm thời các chứng nóng mắt, rát mắt do khô mắt gây ra. "Làm giảm các triệu chứng khó chịu do mắt bịkích ứng khi tiếp xúc với gió, khói, bụi từmôi trường hoặc ánh sáng mặt trời. =Lam trơn dịu mắt, bảo vệ mắt không bịkích ứng thêm. "Làm giảm chứng mỏi mắt khi sử dụng máy vitính. Liều dùng vàcách dùng Sử dụng cho người lớn vàtrẻ em từ03tuổi trở lên "Nhỏ 2-3 giọt vào mắt, 4-6 lần /ngày. =Sử dụng hàng ngày. So, glycerin has been used ineye drops. Pharmacokinetic properties Glycerin isreadily absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract and undergoes extensive metabolism, mainly in the liver. Itmay also beexcreted inthe urine unchanged. Indications =For the temporary relief ofburning and irritation due todryness ofthe eye. =For the temporary relief ofdiscomfort due tominor irritations ofthe eye ortoexposure towind, smoke, dust from the environment orsun. =For use asalubricant and a protectant against to prevent further irritation. =For computer eyestrain relief. Dosage and administrations Use inadults and children 3years and older =Instil 2-3 drops inthe eye, 4-6 times aday =For daily use. Contraindications Hypersensitivities with any ingredient ofthe drug.
