CÁC ĐẶC TÍNH DƯỢC ĐỘNG HỌC: -8au khiuống một liểu 300 -600 mg cefdinir. Nổng độđỉnh trong huyết tương đạt 1,6ug/mL — 2,9ug/mL trong khoảng 2,9 giờ. Thể tích phân bốkhoảng 0,35 I/kg. -Gram positive bacteriae: Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis (including B-lactamase Producing strains), St jae,St (penicillin ptible strains only) -Gram negative bacteriae: H/ hilus it He i and M catarrhalis (including B-lactamase producing strains) ,Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Neisseria gonorrhoeae. PHARMACOKINETICS-Cefdinir plasma concentrations and pharmacokinetic parameter values following administration ofsingle 300 and 600-mg oral doses ofcefdinir toadult subjects are1,6ug/mL -2,9ug/mL after 2.9hours. The mean volume ofdistribution ofcefdinir inadult Subjects is0.35 L/kg (+0.29). ~Cefdinir is60% to70% bound toplasma proteins inboth adult and pediatric subjects. Cefdinir isnot appreciably metabolized. Activity isprimarily duetoparent drug, Cefdinir iseliminated principally viarenal excretion with amean plasma elimination half-life (t%) of1.7(+0.6) hours.

Rất hiếm khibịhộichứng Stevens-Johnson, ban đỏđa dạng, viêm đạitràng giảmạc, vàng da,giảm huyết cầu, giảm bạch cầu. -Thông báo cho bác sĩnhững tácdụng không mong muấn gặp phải khisửdụng thuấc TƯƠNG TÁC THUỐC: -ác thuốc antacid vàcác chế phẩm cóchứa sắtlàmảnh hưởng tớiviệc hấp thucefdinir. Cẩn phải uống trước hoặc sau cefdinir khoảng 2giờ. -Thuốc bổtrẻemcóbổsung sắtảnh hưởng không đáng kểđến sựhấp thucủa cefdinir, nên cóthể- dùng đồng thời được.
